I hope that @BestBuySupport listens to phone calls. Their dude straight up said no I can’t help you and no you can’t talk to anyone else and hung up the phone on me. I feel very upset and angry and clearly they don’t care about their customers.
I’ve been to @BestBuy 4 times, stood in line and lost time in my life that I’ll never get back. The promises that they make are still not fulfilled (dramatically, as it is just a phone but this dude made me mad about it).

@BillyHallowell Fair point- I’m off topic. I understand your argument. I would say the comparison is more like Trump being refused the account initially upon request. Would you consider that of these cases is about discrimination and the other TOS violations? Do you think the TOS are unfair?
