I've done this a couple of times on stage or in front of a big group before stating their name and it went over well. People are pretty graceful if you own it beforehand.

@adrian_horning_ I wouldn't do much, personally. I previously created a very detailed proposal template, and it confused my prospects.

Add a logo. Add your brand colors (If you don't have brand colors, pick 2-3), and throw in a digital signature option (@SignaturelyHQ is my go-to).

@realEstateTrent Former cold caller here (software sales). 99 people will tell you to F off, and one person will hand you a bag of money and say "It's funny you called, I was just thinking about..."

If you can handle the 99, the one is totally worth it.
