@VirginAtlantic am really frustrated as am trying to discuss whether I am entitled to a refund of points after cancelling a holiday but just keep getting automated responses - what is the best way to get a response please?

@IKEAUKSupport slightly disappointed- ordered two small items and paid £5 to have them delivered tomorrow. Have had a text and email from DPD to say they are being delivered today - not helpful when I am in and out all day and the person they are for is here with me today!

Please share! I lost a new pair of varifocals (in a case) from @Specsavers in the #ForestofDean last weekend. I posted about it in various Facebook groups & someone reckons they saw a post about a pair being found but they can’t find the post now! Any help greatly appreciated.

@DFDSUKUpdates have had a text saying to allow 2 hours for checks at Dunkirk this weekend - if our ferry is at 2pm does that mean we need to be there at 12 or is it in addition to the 90 minutes so 10.30? Thank you 😊

@Headteacherchat I remember a child in my class reading ‘It’s the weather’ - the sentence was ‘’oh bother!’ Said Mrs May’. The child read this as ‘oh bugger’ had to try so hard not to laugh out loud and encourage said child to try again and this time to use their phonics …

@BrittanyFerries were on the Pont-Aven crossing yesterday.Totally understand that the medical emergency was unforeseen & appreciated cabin announcement that we were returning to Plymouth - would have been useful to also have a cabin announcement that we were no longer doing that!
