I must just be the only Fox fan out there who thinks Cody is the most fun player to watch, especially against marth and sheik. When I look at my TL, I swear 99% of "Melee fans" don't look at the screen. And I am even more sure of that when I play you hardstuck silvers on Unranked
@radarssbm@turndownforwalt Of course, smash is a real time super fast game, so Yes super complex plans or options arent always the play, but that has to be factored into " game knowledge". Some things are not viable or worse because we dont play a turn based game, and I think people forget that too often.
@technospiderssb So far they're also the most powerful culmination of Luffy's greatest power, which is getting people on his side. So we kinda need to see them in action before the joyboy bots get unleashed lol.
@technospiderssb True, but thats what comes with the territory of playing weaker chars. Being chipped away at & playing a losing matchup is as close to an objective loss as it gets. You might not get short term wins, but playing the RPS anyway will make you a better player in the long run.
@technospiderssb Think of small losses as only lowering your chance to win instead of some kind of greater failure. The small losses in melee are too important to learn from. If theyre drastically changing your gameplay that suggests to me that you don't want to accept them in some way.
melee players today dont understand the concept of having a relationship with ur controller
yes OEMs deteriorate over time, but they do so slowly and predictably. if u actually listen to ur controller u can learn to change with it and grow stronger together
