@scottiebateman I can’t rationalise my fear. It’s a physiological thing for me - my heart races, I get sweaty palms and panic at the slightest turbulence. I can’t articulate why. I have a similar phobia of rollercoasters and have wondered if it is something to do with an intolerance of motion.
