@Dupuytrens Our experience at Alicante in January was that we had to go to a machine, then stand where officer was. I was ok but husband can’t open either hand and he was taken off alone to e-gate/border control. I had to then go find him. Not ideal.

@Dupuytrens I’ve been advised by jet2 to book their assistance, which I have done but if the biometrics can’t be included on his passport then every time we pass through the airport we will have this problem.
