We celebrate hometown hero and STU honorary degree recipient Willie O’Ree. Breaking the NHL’s colour barrier in 1958 during his debut w/ the @NHLBruins, O’Ree was the first Black person to play in the NHL. The Bruins will retire his jersey and honour his career.
