Hmm… @ChipotleTweets - a thread. Once our go-to after a handful of poor experiences last year, decided to stop supporting due to the lack of customer service and quality control. Sent this email and this is response I received.

Ordered our usual and got a salad, after making our salad the employee proceeds to tell us that they don’t have any salad dressing. When asked why not, his exact response: “they didn’t make any this morning”. Mind you it’s dinner time. So they just didn’t make any all day…

Then after hearing about the changes being implemented last month to retrain employees, we decided to give it another shot today (almost a year since our last visit). And here’s what happened.

@ATT I’ve been on live chat for over 1.5hrs and have been told I was being transferred to a supervisor 4x only to be transferred to another agent who can’t help me, just to be transferred to a supervisor who is actually another agent that can’t help me and the cycle continues.

.@mrsleannacarson and I are parents! So many emotions and not enough room to express them. I’ll post more photos when mama is better. She lost a lot of blood but is doing great! I couldn’t be more proud or more in love with her.

If I could give one recommendation for expecting parents it would be to never purchase or create a registry with @buybuyBABY. They quite possibly have the worst customer service and return policy for gift exchanges and heavily delayed deliveries.

You know what I love? When you’re in the middle of the most important part of the day 😴 & the damn smoke alarm decides the battery is too low at 3am, so it starts to chirp. So you’re husband gets the ladder, hushes it, & 1 hr later a second one chirps. 🔪🔪🔪
