@WrightCalie There is a huge difference between sharing/collaborating and mooching. I share with colleagues consistently to save them some time. They share as well. Having someone mooch is insulting. Stop sharing and let her stand on her own two feet. She's a professional too.

@britt_the_witt @WrightCalie How is ceasing to enable sabotage? Teaching is hard for everyone. This doesn't entitle one to coast on the work of another nor does it require one to share. I share a lot but I don't do the work for another teacher who is getting his/her own check 2x a month.

@ARadicalTeacher @WrightCalie Teaching is not a good fit as a profession if one feels it is reasonable to not have to invest time outside of regular school hours. It isn't fair to students. I am salaried to complete the mission to educate students assigned to me; the ethical responsibility is educating kids.

@WrightCalie Tell her you'd be glad to collaborate--she can plan for two lessons and you can plan two lessons. If it works, you cut down your work load. If it doesn't just let her know that the collaboration does not fit your needs for differentiation.
