@AirCanada approaching day 6 with no luggage! Have more than 4 hours waiting in your hotline without ever getting to talk to a person. No update online! You already spoiled our Christmas celebration. Could anybody please help me here?

@AirCanada it’s day 5 now without luggage and no update online on the status. You are “still tracing”. Besides spoiling our Christmas celebration there is medicine in the bag, that we need. Accumulated waiting time in the hotline is now 3 hours with no success.

@AirCanada now I am really getting angry. After about 50 calls in 4 days I was finally put on hold on the phone of central baggage claim. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes than the battery of my mobile handheld phone gave up on me. Can please anybody help me here!This is ridiculous

@BarbaraCarey @AirCanada I am finally on hold now for more than 2 hours (!) still nobody personally on the phone. 🙈 I wait until they hang up on me or something takes care of my case. More than 2 hours in a holding line is a new personal record, which I am not proud of.

@TorontoPearson Hi Toronto Pearson, glad that you help out the airlines. Our luggage is still on terminal 1 (!) since 24th Dezember. @AirCanada is ignoring any attempt to contact them and have not provided any update on the bag online. Can you help? I have a bag tracker could provide position.

@AirCanada @BarbaraCarey Hello Harry, don’t you know that they are not putting anybody on hold? I tried about 50 times over the last 4 days. There is always this automated voice telling one that they cannot put you on hold. What is the average time to work on a “case”? And why can’t Air Canada expedite?

@AirCanada @behayaaurat I agree, the world tracker did not update since 4 days now! Christmas was spoiled and now it seems that we might not see our baggage prior New Year. I filed a claim. The automatic answer asked for 45 days !? Are you serious?

@AirCanada: we arrived on 24.12 in Ft Myers from Toronto. My luggage has a tracker and it is still in Toronto. I tried several ways to get in contact with Air Canada to tell you, where the luggage is, so that you can fly in with the next flight to Ft. Myers. But nobody cares. 😡

@welt Hat die WELT so eine Schlagzeile nötig? Geht es nicht auch sachlich? Es gibt vielleicht eine Umfrage, bei denen unser Gesundheitsminister eine relative Mehrheit unter den Kandidaten erreichen konnte. Das wäre eine sachliche Aussage. Außerdem entscheiden zunächst CDU Delegierte.
