@megabusuk Hi my son booked to go to Bristol airport via m5 jnc 24 this morning. Not quite sure of the time but around 11.20 ? The bus never turned up and after waiting nearly 2 hours had to ring his uncle to take him so he would not miss his flight. How do we claim a refund?

Hi. My son booked the megabus from Bridgwater to Bristol airport today, approx 11.20. Was there in plenty of time and waited 2 hours, but never arrived. Could you please advise how I claim a refund?
