@Gibbecon@missdcox It comes down to full responsibility. If a member of staff is held fully accountable to the results, running of the department etc in the same way as FT then they should be paid the full TLR. If responsibilities are shared then it becomes a shared post and salary is shared

@MarkChater1 I think the question is if the Palace is saying they are actively doing something by training staff and associates then really this wouldnโt have happened. Even if this woman had these thoughts they wouldnโt have been aired, as she would have known this wasnโt right to ask?
@missdcox I think it depends on the group looking at them. For class teacher- a good indicator of what they can do, what you need to address & prep for. HoD, supporting what classes and students. SLT- indicator for where the school is at and what might need to be in place. 1/2
