This machine is 4 months old. I haven’t successfully washed a load of laundry without it being thrown out of balance. I was just given the courtesy of a “free” service visit to be scheduled 🙄. @MaytagCare #maytagdoesntcare

Yesterday @MaytagCare called me and told me my washer couldn’t do small loads and I needed to add more. They implied I don’t know how to load a washer (again). I added more. It still moved out of place on its terrible spin cucle. #worstcustomerservice

They called me and told me I can’t wash small loads in this machine. “Smart” technology is so dumb sometimes.
