.@tescobankhelp Terrible service from Tesco Pet Insurance. Claim for dog insurance submitted a fortnight ago and not even looked at yet. I’ve had to pay my vet and this is leaving me really out of pocket. This is why I have insurance!!!

@tescobankhelp I have emailed TWICE. Not had a response at all. At least 40 mins wait on phone lines. When you finally get through, cant speak to person who is looking after your claim. It is so frustrating.
