@qvcuk hi. Am I able to rearrange a delivery as the Evri driver refuses to deliver to our address due to an incident when he damaged our car and the police took him to court?

@qvcuk Hi. I can’t amend the delivery address as it’s already been shipped but the @Evri app now states the parcel has been returned to qvc. Please advise as to how I will now get my parcel as there is no point sending via Evri again until they get a new driver.

@MSCCruisesUSA I recently took advantage of booking another cruise whilst on The Davina & was told this means I can amend my booking as often as I need to with no financial penalties. My agent recently contacted MSC to change the booking & was told this is incorrect - pls clarify

@VirginAtlantic once again falling foul of the virgin Atlantic IVR auto cut off @ 2hrs. You have cancelled my flight & i have queued twice for 2 hrs & Been disconnected - even worse i have had to listen to the awful hold music throughout my anniversary dinner - not romantic!
