No resolution on messenger. Blanket reply then ignored. Bought six tickets at £600 at no time does it say they could only be used on one train Travelling with two disabled pensioners. Refused entry to train with empty seats and told to pay an additional 750 if we wanted to board

@easyJet passed to pillar to post all day from multiple departments as you have deleted our sons luggage from 3 of their 4 flights. No one taking any responsibility. Told to shut up. Told I was lying even after I walked agents through the booking. Can anyone anywhere assist

@jk_rowling I have a group of friends that I’ve now known 45 years and we still speak every week. We grew up on the same street and there is no one who understands me in quite the same way. I also have online friends from fandom who I’ve known for 15+ years who share my same geeky passions

@snpout30 @ScotNational Or they could use the money they are using to subsidise the bedroom tax or one of the other programs they’ve rolled out. That U22 travel is vital to many teens who without it would struggle to travel to work / uni etc. or they could raise taxes we already pay a higher rate

@EmiratesSupport By look into it do you mean raise a complaint as I’ve been told on the call I’m on that you don’t take complaints or comply with data protection legislation as you are exempt ? I think the @ICOnews might wonder about that one
