On 27 June @British_Airways told me 'we are on it' - 3 months later and still NOTHING about #compensation for the 7h direct flight Baltimore/LHR you cancelled, rerouted next day via Tampa/LGW, hotel costs, further #delay (28h travel) and a downgrade. Case 25176845. Sort it!

@EurostarUK back to its old tricks of delays in Brussels, now that the crowds returned because of slow security checks. They had the whole pandemic to read about crowd control and sort out the bad design of thr check-in hall. #tunnelvision
