I just had to wait 20 mins for my order. 🥺 Staff weren't bothered 2 tell me how long it was going to be so I sat like a lemon waiting in hope. I asked after 10 mins and was told its not ready yet. At 20 mins I was ready 2 ask for a refund. 🥺 Please KFC do better.

@ItsuOfficial when I buy your supermarket katsu chicken dragon roll it comes with sweet soy. The sweet soy is great and I wondered would you consider selling it in a bottle? You can't get thick sweet soy (unagi sauce) in this country unless direct from a sushi restaurant.

@easyJet with the new EES in place would you consider changing the bag drop time so that people can drop their bags off at least 3 hours before flight maybe more.... It would help.

@KFC_UKI_Help Ordered Uber eats. So disappointed when our KFC wicked variety 6 piece bucket arrived & found we had been given out of the 6 pieces, 3 were the tiny wing pieces. We already have 8 hot wings. You did us dirty KFC. 🥺 We love ur food but those wing pieces suck.
