Day and Night
Exploring and dancing through two distinctly different landscapes. Day being more open-eyed, organic and earthbound and Night being more escapist and even intense at times.

Ocean warming means expanding waters, vanishing habitats, and eventually, wiping out of homes. Mitigation isn't optional as it's the only thing keeping adaptation possible at all.
Our ocean isn't infinitely forgiving. Keep pumping emissions and ecosystems lose their ability to adapt as reefs bleach, mangroves die, and the buffer that protects coastal communities disappears with them.
Not only was SMC responsible for the Mindoro oil spill. It also owns the 1,320MW LNG facility on the same coastline alongside Meralco and Aboitiz. Fisherfolk are still waiting for compensation, now hosting more fossil fuel infrastructure that further endangers their livelihoods.
More than 2,000 trees in La Mesa, coastal ecosystems in Bulacan, and communities from Batangas to Davao โ just some of the costs behind Ramon Ang's growing empire?

Real protection can't just mean cleanup after the spill or quotas after the damage. It means keeping new fossil fuel projects out of our waters altogether, especially in the Coral Triangle and the Verde Island Passage, the worldโs richest marine hotspots.
The ocean is one of our greatest climate allies. It absorbs carbon, buffers storms, and sustains millions of livelihoods. But the same industry driving the climate crisis is now eyeing our waters as its next frontier.
๐One of the most promising areas for climate action has been largely overlooked and underinvested: the ocean.
Research commissioned by the @oceanpanel found that ocean-based climate solutions can deliver over a third of the annual emissions cuts needed in 2050 to limit temperature rise to 1.5 degrees C (2.7 degrees F), a globally agreed target to avert the worst outcomes from climate change.

Offshore oil and gas blocks are being opened up in critical marine areas, LNG tankers cut through key biodiversity corridors, putting reefs, fisheries, and communities at risk. After decades of fossil fuel buildout, governments are only now scrambling to save our ocean.
No occasion. I just wanted to squeeze in some lounging (in this heavy dress, yes) and enjoy what was left of the summer before Habagat rolled in. ๐๐
Breezy tales from Saya Tales. ๐๐ This set is light, sheer, and built for the heatโwhich I love, especially with how dry and humid SEA summers have been.
โYou lost all hope there, didnโt you?โ
Pure TV gold. ๐ Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I throw on a random Season 5 episode. Truly an iconic season and cast in herstory.
Not as colorful as the girlies here, but I love sneaking color into my work fits, especially on the days I know are going to be tough. This is my quiet little protest against the chaos.
Hereโs how Iโve been showing up lately (plus a few details below). ๐๐ช ๐ฎ๐ซ
Thereโs something almost archaeological about Faris Alosaimiโs Camel Step Coffee Roasters.
A young Saudi coffee brand, set inside a space that feels much older, shaped by Hailโs history of desert trade, hospitality, and exchange.
