@Terrytoo69 Yes, & incorrect. There is great pressure for a RC because not 1 layer of bureaucracy will acknowledge motive or what was missed in the lead-up. This was not a spur-of-the-moment decision but more like 9/11, Columbine, etc with multiple red flags beforehand.
