@iChandiniC @GVMC_VISAKHA Shocked to witness the most inhumane handling of a dog by GVMC staff yesterday ! The dog was violently picked up and thrown into a garbage vehicle. This is unacceptable & illegal! Cruelty to animals is a crime and a violation of PCA Act, 1960).
