@usamakbhatti I never took the risk of alp to manage sleep cycle due to the fear of same thing happened with you but movax tablet is effective on me. 😁
Also I have tried melatonin but of no usage.
Now, I have ordered some magnesium+ lavender patch to see some miracle with sleep cycle 🤣

I just can't get over that video of the Gaza airstrike, where body parts flew higher than the clouds of the aftermath. Every time I open X, I have to close it immediately because that same video keeps showing up again and again leaving in a deep state of depression and anxiety.
