I describe an epic in plain English. Claude breaks it into features. Each feature becomes a GitHub issue with sub-issues. Labeled, assigned, pushed to our Projects board. One prompt.

No sprint planning meetings. No ticket grooming. No 'can you add acceptance criteria.'

Two founders. No PM. Just a terminal.
