Third-graders have been tracking the migratory pattern of Suwannee Scout, a swallow-tailed kite. Presently, they are using a map to trace Suwannee Scout's route and are recording their observations in their science notebooks. @ParksideProud@collierschools@TeachEverglades
Last year, students raised money to buy a tracker for a Swallow-tailed Kite named Suwannee Scout. We last heard from him in August 2025 & we were worried about him. We got the amazing news that he was alive & well & on his way home! Students will learn more about his journey soon
