@MONTECRI5TO I think some of it can be attributed to philosophy too. Saleh is not an aggressive coach. Both of us were not fans pre draft I just view him as Caleb Williams without the tools that make Caleb special

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@BaccUpSixOwe @awthentik Florida state had to pay out a settlement for its handling of the 2013 case! And the NFL suspended Winston for finding that he “violated the Personal Conduct Policy by touching the driver in an inappropriate and sexual manner without her consent”

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@awthentik Imagine saying Jameis is not a bust 🤣

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

Cam Skattebo completely frozen out and benched for a bad play while Jameis Winston is still playing! Fun! Meritocracy!

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

Lotta people blaming everyone but the bad quarterback!

[Anthony @AnthonyGros13]

COUNT YOUR DAYS BLOOMGREN!

Wyatt Teller was right!!

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@JustinPenik Because the point is nonsensical

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

Enough of jameis winston

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@JPeppers2014 I think he played fine. Was quite good in the first half. Would have looked even better if the deep dime to mims that hit him in the hands was caught. 2nd half was not great against an elite defense

“The trenches of football twitter” just read what you wrote

[Michael Peterson @ZoneTracks]

There are people who spend zero seconds in the trenches of football Twitter with zero hesitancy to call one of the hardest workers in the game "just anyone."

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

Not a soul will make a peep about Lamar Jackson

[Doug Clawson @doug_clawson]

Bo Nix has the best career record in NFL history in games with 6.0 yds/att or less (13-3, .813 win pct).

All other active QBs have a .283 win pct in starts with 6.0 yds/att or less

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@TFG_Football That’s fine it can be “charted” as whatever but if you watch the film you can see the difference in what he’s being to do.

You can want him to be an edge rusher, 30 teams did! But he’s on one of the two teams that wanted him to stack

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@TFG_Football He’s not splitting time between edge and LB. Hes playing like 5% of his reps as a true edge rusher

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

We’re using examples from 20 and 35 years ago to make excuses for Cam Ward. He’s been awful and shown no signs of getting better. All we’ve learned is his schtick in college will not work in the NFL and he needs to grow the rest of his game, which he’s shown no signs of doing

[Kurt Benkert @KurtBenkert]

In case you were wondering how Cam Ward’s first 22 starts stack up against those of 3 time Pro Bowler Alex Smith and 3 time Super Bowl Champion Troy Aikman’s first 22 starts.

People are quick to forget how BAD some of these guys were early on.

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@JPeppers2014 Sure I could agree in a vacuum I just don’t see it happening knowing the broncos will want to prevent him from UFA and he’s a UFA the number will make people feel uncomfortable

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@JPeppers2014 The open market would dictate that. I watched my team give Dan jones 40 mil cut him and a second team give him 44 mil. Lot of bad decisions made every year in FA

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

Both games I mentioned his defense did not do that. Regardless of this point I’ve never seen a quarterback blamed for his defense being good like this.

What about his offensive weapons? It’s pitiful. with an egomaniac play caller who just took back play calling duties kinda after giving them up in the offseason kinda the not a pretty offense anywhere and yet he is still 27-12 with 2 30+ TD years

[Clutch @mrxcapnclutch]

@JPeppers2014 Bo Nix has won more games than anyone in his draft class. Is it as pretty as everyone wants? No not really. But in his last 6 games he’s out dueled the last two reigning MVPs.

You’re telling me the jets/cardinals/vikings/dolphins/browns wouldn’t rather pay him?
