Dear Easy Coach,

I am enjoying the bus ride from Nairobi to Sirare.

One suggestion for improvement of passengers’ comfort. Enforce a policy where passengers must use headphones to listen to and watch entertainment on their phones. Ban passengers from singing gospel songs, any songs or conversing loudly.

I experienced the enforcement of the above policy in a train ride and it made a lot of sense. The conductor emphasized that "choosing public transport entails respecting other passengers’ rights. If you want to make noise, ride in your own train." It dignifies public transport.
