@michaelharriot My 13 year-old mispronounces words every day. And, when he says it I think 🤔, “Oh, I see how you could have thought that.” English isn’t easy

@mochamomma I just had a similar convo with an administrator. His take was, “ if these kids don’t want to learn, then...”. I reminded him, it’s not that they don’t want to learn... they’re KIDS.

Long story, short: My son told me, “public school doesn’t teach us to think”. 😱I’m a public school teacher, I send my children to public schools...that hit me-hard.
