@clhubes I also did this this morning! Chugged my 50g of pure corn syrup and felt on top of the world for 5 minutes and then basically faceplanted until the actual blood draw.

My longterm health goal is to replace my neti pot on a schedule more closely recommended by all people everywhere, so instead of once a decade I will get a new neti pot 2-3x a decade.

@arbybeast 100% (I'd add the estate lawyer we worked with set all of that up for us, maybe that is typical if you go through an estate lawyer? It was about 1k but worth it for peace of mind!)
