@OptimumHelp Day 2 of no internet or help from Optimum and now over 8 hours of being on hold between yesterday and today to try and get some type of customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Terrible customer service.
@OptimumHelp I have been trying to reach someone at technical support for over 4 hours for my internet outage! When I finally get a call back it is transferred to a dead line. Frustrating! I am a teacher working from home and am currently unable to work. This is unacceptable.
