Check out marlierosenberg's video! #TikTok https://t.co/rqGeipKjkH okay but these sum blocks are such a smart idea for younger learners! #math#mathteachers#Kindergarten
Happy Winter Solstice! There’s a great conjunction tonight. Jupiter and Saturn will be “closer” than they’ve been in almost 400 years. https://t.co/gqklMYvFCS
Some of these new sites I have found to be helpful in keeping professionalism are #feedly#teachertube and #ISTE . More information on some of these sites can also be found on my #livebinder (A3) https://t.co/pGal8s2qAl

A1: Over the course of learning professionalism in #ap3040 my thoughts on it have not changed. I stand by my initial thoughts of the importance of professionalism and how it should always be maintained in front of students. I found some new sites to help in professionalism.
I am excited to start planning my science lessons and small labs for my students. One way I may incorporate technology into my classroom is with virtual labs for experiments that may be difficult to get supplies for. I want my students to have access to learn the best they can.
@SergioVazCab#TEDed is such a smart idea to get students interested in what you’re teaching! It is also a good tool for the student to learn on there own and learn public speaking skills. #ap3040
@CarolanneW This is my first time hearing of near pod and I think that is a very useful tool and practical! I’m going to look into this more and think of using it with my future classroom 👩🏫 #ap3040
@CarolanneW I love the idea of the students tracking their own process along with watching their piers learn from their mistakes because it could be a common misunderstanding. Then no one student will have to feel shamed for not knowing something that one of their piers may not have known.
A1: In my classroom I’d like to have all my students make a #GoogleFormQuiz with info they hope to learn during a certain topic, then I’d have them take 2-3 of there piers quizzes along with there own at the beginning and end of the topic to see how much they’ve learned! #ap3040
A2: To promote diverse perspectives in my future classroom I will use #GoogleExpeditions to allow my students to experience places and experiments they may never get to experience otherwise. I believe this site is an excellent way to allow students to broaden their views. #ap3040
A1: I plan on using #PBL in my science classroom in many different ways through many experiments. Topics such as osmosis, temp/pressure, and conducivity can all be taught through #PBL with simple objects like Gummy Bears with different liquids for osmosis, egg and a bottle for
A2: 2 apps that I would use as a teacher would be #GoogleCalendar and #GoogleClassroom with the calendar students should never have a misunderstanding of when an assignment is due and with classroom they will always have the instructions on what to do and how to answer questions.
A1: Hello! I watched “Making Learning Accessible to Everyone with Google” #ap3040 I learned about the highlights feature that can draw attention to a certain word or topic. This can help low vision students and other students to just focus on a key part of the screen.
