@Meta@ray_ban how is it possible I have Meta AI glasses that are not functioning correctly. They are still under warranty and no one can help me to get them fixed? @ray_ban wont fix them nor will the manufacturer. So what is the point of a warranty if there is no assistance?
@MetaStoreHelp (Sent as a private message) - Thank you for the response. My meta glasses sound is not working , also the camera button is not working. I tried troubleshooting , I tried everything. I dont know if it is possibly a hardware issue.
@RutgersAltRoute Give feedback promptly. being clear and concise, giving details on any opportunities to improve. I provide rubrics and go over them with students to assess understanding. I ask questions to get the reasoning behind their style of work. #TeacherED#GrowthMindset
@RutgersAltRoute Relying heavily on teacher-led instruction, not realizing I will see more engagement, trial/error, and a more efficient way to assess by student-led approaches, higher-order thinking challenge critical responses, give them the space to learn freely. #TeacherED#Growthmindset
@RutgersAltRoute Something I continue to work on - changing my frame of messaging to my students. I've been guilty of saying you're good at this, but instead, I should frame the message as your effort and focus are improving your performance. #mistakesRok#TeacherED#Growthmindset
@RutgersAltRoute I created a safe, judgment-free space in PE classes, letting my students know the goal is to move their bodies, enjoy it, and feel supported! I give feedback and remind them that it is ok to make mistakes and that any challenge is a form of growth. #Teachered#PE4LIFE
@RutgersAltRoute Mindset can challenge student learning and their willingness to develop critical skills. Students avoid difficult task , give up easily , and scared to make mistakes . They also fear judgment. #TeacherED#GrowthMindset
@RutgersAltRoute I spread kindness by modeling it daily greeting every student by name, celebrating small wins, and creating a space where everyone feels seen. In my classes, we practice teamwork, encouragement, and lifting each other up as part of our routines. Kindness sets the tone .
@RutgersAltRoute To move students from bystanders to upstanders, teach them how to speak up and make it feel safe to do so. In my health classes, we model empathy, practice real life scenarios, and build a culture where kindness is the norm. When students feel connected it empowers them to act.
@RutgersAltRoute Students need adults who listen first and respond with care. When a child speaks up about bullying, I make sure they feel heard, safe, and supported. I stay calm, gather the facts, and follow up with action. I also connect them with counselors and restorative practices.
@RutgersAltRoute I have observed students provoking and harassing other students which causes aggression and strong emotions. I truly believe at times students don’t notice that they are using a form of HIB. Some find it funny but dont notice how much stress it causes their targets.
@RutgersAltRoute In my PE and Health classes, safety starts with relationships. I use routines, positive reinforcement, and SEL check-ins to build trust. I partner with families so students feel supported in and out of school.
@RutgersAltRoute I can say I have access to google classroom in which my department sends resources and professional development. The platform is used to support us and it has been benefical for me.
