Today I started my tutor time Y11 intervention. It's with 14 students I don't normally teach. They are all working at a low Grade 4 on Higher tier according to our November mocks. I haven't been able to find many suitable tutor time intervention resources so will make my own.

Maths teachers of twitter (or anyone in a secondary school) please can you hit me up with after school enrichment club ideas please! Not just generic homework clubs or those that need specialist skills like chess club… I know I’m asking a lot 😂 @jemmaths @whisto_maths
#mathsTLP Do you know of an intervention booklet for KS4 students working at grade 1? Numeracy focus: times tables, ×, ÷, factors, multiples, decimals, FDP, basic fractions etc. Putting on a 24 session intervention so need lots of content! @mathsjem would appreciate a retweet!
I have finally created a website to host my Google Drive.

I was very excited that @mathsjem named them the 'Most useful resource' of 2022.
Please enjoy and share.

Somebody asked about how we use Teams in the department for instant messaging, so I thought I'd do a little thread. Long story short: you should use instant messaging because it will save you time and help your team be more productive. >

How do you set your incoming year 7s? Do you wait for their SAT results or do the pupils sit another test while visiting the school in July? Ideas? Thoughts?
Right. What wonderful Summer 2022 GCSE prep is there out there that may have passed me by?
Trying to make sure we make the most of EVERYTHING available!
