Once a fellow, always a fellow! Grateful for an afternoon spent celebrating the latest @HSG_UT cohort and catching up with old friends from @jordandistrict ❤️ #uted
Great afternoon at the Utah Teacher Fellows luncheon to discuss the important work this group is doing to empower teacher leadership throughout the state.
Sometimes in life you make a choice to do something that impacts your life forever. My @hsg_ut family has grown since my first cohort. There is so much power for good in this group. I am honored to be numbered with them and am amazed by all the good that they do.
Coming out of my Twitter hiatus to share my excitement about starting grad school this summer!!! I’ll be getting my Master’s in History at Sam Houston State. After being out of the classroom for almost 2 years, I am thrilled for this next step 📚🤓
@colb_hawk Aww 😭 I was so lucky to get to work with you! Thank you for answering even the silliest tech questions I had. West Hills social studies forever!!!
“Not everyone can say they’ve made closer friendships by talking about the Constitution.” 😆 The We the People program truly is amazing and I’m so excited for the students at @westhillsmiddle to show off what they have learned next week! #uted

@AGodfreyJSD I’m so excited they were featured on your podcast! It is an incredible program, but it’s lots of work and that deserves to be celebrated 😊 Also what a fun bonus that you got to visit your old classroom!
I am not in the classroom right now, but there is an AWESOME teacher at @westhillsmiddle continuing the We the People program. He needs some volunteers from the community to help judge student presentations on topics related to citizenship and the Constitution. @CivicEducation
I got to share my thoughts on #HB234 with @jonesnews today. My main arguments: 1) teachers already share their curriculum w/ stakeholders. 2) teachers are professionals 3) classrooms need flexibility to respond to student interests & needs #uted#utleg https://t.co/L719TGNeaP
