@BestBuySupport it is absolutely ridiculous that I am unable to contact anyone in the store about my ongoing repairs. The phone reps do not have enough information for me to decide if I should make the drive or not. Bad customer support experience.

@BestBuySupport Diagnosed myself, CPU. Gave them logs. Order says "replace w/ identical chip." 2-hour job, w/ warranty. Dropped off Friday. It's Wednesday. No update. Calls w/ rep reading me the status I see. #BestBuy #GeekSquad #CustomerService #CustomerServiceFail #Outsourcing #ConsumerRights
