As a former political staffer I was recently asked for career advice by a new political staffer. My response: “don’t be an asshole!”. Make all the tough calls, stand by your principles and be strong, but respect will carry you further than arrogance.
@lisakirbie Keep at it. I once saw an entire boardroom of people split into two camps perfectly by age when someone asked “how are we going to do it?” and the answer was was “we’ll just MacGyver it”.

@EFS_plastics@FHCP_PASC Thanks very much for opening your doors (again) and meeting with our team and members. These collaborative discussions are critical to transforming policy into action and providing perspective on technical opportunities, challenges and considerations. Appreciate you!
