IT WAS ALL ABOUT ED POWER GAMES…ED worked with Tshabangu to engineer illegal recalls that ultimately handed ZANU-PF a fraudulent two-thirds parliamentary majority, in clear violation of both the law and democratic principles.
Unfortunately, when the recalls began, many failed to recognize that this was part of a long-planned strategy orchestrated by ED. It was never about the claims that the CCC lacked a constitution or formal structures. In Zimbabwe you can not submit party candidates to ZEC without a party constitution. Parliament and Mudenda were in possession of CCC constitution but chose to ignore it on instructions from his Zpf Boss. Those no constitution and nil structures narratives were merely a smokescreen.
Some individuals, driven by their disagreements with Nelson Chamisa, celebrated the recalls, unaware that they were in fact celebrating the erosion of democracy and the weakening of our nation. The foundation for the current constitutional amendment agenda was laid in 2023 through those engineered and unlawful recalls.
However, all is not lost. The real struggle lies ahead. The task before us is to continue fighting for a Citizens' Government—one that reflects the true will and aspirations of the people of Zimbabwe. The future of our country depends on the determination of its citizens to defend voice, agency and fundamental rights .
Itai Dzamara’s family and friends have endured eleven painful years waiting for truth and justice over his enforced disappearance. His family needs closure from the agonizing uncertainty they have been subjected to. The feeling of insecurity and fear that his disappearance has generated is not limited to his close relatives but also affects the broader civil society community.
Amnesty International reiterates its call for the government to set up an independent, judge-led Commission of Inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Dzamara’s abduction, with powers to subpoena witnesses. The findings must be made public, and those suspected of criminal responsibility should be brought to justice in fair trials. Members of the public with information to contribute to the Commission through submissions must be allowed to do so, and the authorities must ensure their safety and protection.

Thank you, Praise. Citizens like you give courage and inspiration. This strengthens!!Alone we may be limited, but together we are more than capable and adequate. None of us is sufficient alone. Together we are more than equal to the task.
Today we have written to Cabinet members to remind them of a simple truth: Constitutional authority does not come from convenience or numbers in Parliament-it comes from the people.Cabinet now faces a defining choice: Defend the Constitution you swore to uphold, or preside over its mutilation.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF DUST… Dust is evidence of motion, traction and cruising. If there’s dust, there’s movement. You don’t kick up dust standing still.
Motion leaves a mark. Don’t fear the raising of dust; it proves you’re moving forward and are headed somewhere. If dust is rising, progress is happening. Don’t worry about dust. Dust responses to organic motion and organic action. Dust can’t just resist the motion of strong winds!
President @nelsonchamisa did NOT form a new party. This is a call for a clean break from the old political culture-people before elites, citizens before power.
A new Zimbabwe built on love, unity & progress.Every conversation is important and everyone is needed

THE AGENDA 2026 STATEMENT
AGENDA 2026- A FRESH START
Fellow citizens,
1. Our nation faces a pivotal moment and stands at a critical juncture. The promise of independence has not yet translated into rapid accelerated transformation, shared prosperity, dignity, and opportunity for all. Today, Zimbabwe is gripped by disputed national processes, deepening economic hardship, political uncertainty, social collapse and moral decay. Government services and support to citizens is upon partisan considerations.

This picture carries a heavy weight. Today, I went to check on Dr. Ibbo Mandaza and assess the status of @SAPESTrust10 after the barbaric arson. The physical damage is clear, but the pain and anger in Dr. Mandaza's eyes is what truly reveals the cost of this cowardly act.
This institution was a home for thinkers, a safe space for dialogue. Now, it stands violated, but the fire they started to intimidate us has only strengthened our solidarity. We will ensure that SAPES and the ideals it represents rise from these ashes, stronger and more determined than ever. An attack on knowledge is an admission of intellectual bankruptcy. We stand with you, Dr. Mandaza. #SAPESTrust #FreedomOfConscience #Zimbabwe
