Today, a young boy presented to the clinic with symptoms of a gastrointestinal infection. During the examination, I observed multiple erythematous papules scattered across his face. Concerned, I inquired about their onset and potential cause. His mother sighed and explained that these were not new lesions—they were mosquito bites.
I offered a topical treatment to help alleviate the irritation and reduce scarring, but she declined, stating, “There’s no point.” She went on to describe their living conditions: a makeshift tent surrounded by stagnant sewage water, an environment heavily infested with mosquitoes, insects, and rodents. She recounted how they often wake up at night to find rats crawling over them as they sleep.
The humanitarian crisis here has surpassed even the worst expectations. In the 21st century, no one should be forced from the home they spent a lifetime building, only to return and find it reduced to rubble. No one should have to endure over a year in a plastic or fabric tent, in conditions unfit even for animals.
This is not just suffering. It is a systematic erosion of human dignity and survival.

@m7mdkurd This shows you that, no matter how much you suck up to Liberal Zionists in the end it wont always be enough.
He repeated exactly those rosy liberal Zionist messages of co-existence, in the very end he is seen as a Hamas fighter from Gaza.
What’s worse than Schumer’s statement are these capitulating responses. There is nothing that Mahmoud could have uttered or believed that would justify his imprisonment and deportation. Even if his opinions were atrocious, *to you*, he still has a right to express them.
The fact that white people do not care about Black people isn't the issue. The problem is the POV that white people get to decide who is deserving of care and who is not.
Black folks in Memphis are having to deal with environmental racism again. Building these data centers in poorer neighbors where the residents already have a lower life expectancy from pollution.
since a lot of yous are uneducated and can't use 10 seconds of your time to do a google search, the red handprint over the mouth is a symbol to bring awareness to the many missing and murdered indigenous women
People are getting mad at this when...regardless of her actual ancestry, Jenna Ortega would not look out of place in medieval France or really anywhere close to the Mediterranean, where there are a approximately a zillion people with dark hair & olive skin.
i feel so sick how can they be doing this to women already facing genocide.. they already go through sexual assault from iof soldiers and now they have to face online sa too?? how is this app allowing that
understanding how the christian zionist base in the u.s. functions, and how large it is, is crucial. but israel is ultimately a jewish state filled with jewish zionists employing jewish supremacy who receive money and support from the majority of american jewish institutions.

The Israeli Occupation forces kidnapped—not “arrested”—a Palestinian contributor to the New Yorker from Gaza, which they’re invading. He was fleeing from the heavily-bombed north to the heavily-bombed south of Gaza. New Yorker staff omitted this info from the memo. Despicable.
I keep seeing institutions mourn their colleagues who have mysteriously died or were arrested by god-knows-who in Gaza.
They use our identity to legitimize and “diversify” their complicit organizations, but refuse to name the culprit in our suffering.
