@nick_attree Basically the rules are the same for an inflatable kayak as for a larger sailboat etc. And, of course, you have to pay ;-)

@nick_attree For ocean kayaking it's easier, but for inland waters you have to complete a "declaration of responsible use" for each basin authority you want to use, get a registration for your vehicle etc.

Both me and @JAXA_MMO will test some of our science instruments, and with some we may even get to catch some unique data from different places we won't get to sample from orbit!
