1. #Sharjah bound #traffic spent hours to get back yesterday
2. People missed flights as they couldn't make it in time to the airport

@careem Hello, after 10 minutes of long wait today, I had no option but to cancel the ride. The driver was parked somewhere far and expected me to walk to his location! I couldn't even tell how far was he nor I could see him anywhere near by!!! And I get charged 8dhs for what...?

I use Careem regularly and it's not common that captains don't find my location. As it is I am paying for a premium service, I am not paying these kind charges on top pls!
