A1: A huge factor is the pay versus the work load. A lot of teachers are not prepared for all of the roles that a teacher is expected to do with such little pay compared to other jobs #ap3040

A5: one of my teachers had us reenact plays whenever we read them, as a student it made it more fun and rememberable since we had characters in the class it helped me remember it when test time came and as an English educator I find it interesting #ap3040

A3: The most important thing to do it to watch out of the signs and to address it as soon as you can. It would help to have pamphlets or something to help give students something to look onto. If it is a bigger issue that expected send to someone who can help more #ap3040

A2: You can talk to the student to see what is going on and then see if there is something you can do to help them understand better if they aren't getting it. Just take time to see what all is going on. Tell them you see great things in them. #ap3040
