Me: LG Support done nothing to resolve my issue with my defective & completely broken fridge. I've been without a fridge for 3 weeks & spent hours on the phone/chat with them.

@TiVo my tivo deleted my show tonight, behaving as if my box was possessed. I tried to open a ticket online & nothing happened. So guess what, YouTube TV, here I come!
@united due to delayed flights I will be missing a connecting flight. Fernando (pic) said there was nothing he could do, threw my boarding pass at me & when I commented on that, he picked it up over his head & slammed it down. I have nowhere to go tonight.

@united thanks for pushing a notification that my flight was delayed, changing the terminal, then UN-DELAYING my flight. After missing it, 2 members of ur staff insulted me & refused to help. Booked me on flight with a connection departure 10mins after landing...

Update: I asked the manager at my connecting flight for a refund. She offered to cancel my flight & leave me over 1.5k miles from home. Great customer service!
