@mdwbasketball Us old heads love it. However you have to allow a little retaliation without people losing their minds. Would have like to have seen Castle shive Hartenstein for the hair pull
@blu3strpzz@dantefofante I played juco bball in the 90s. It was great because it was only two years, lots of competition( in the 90s a ton of ineligible d1 guys played juco), and I got all my tuition and books paid for. Another bonus was that I still lived at home. Drove to campus everyday.
@M___D____M_____@Jacobtheclipper It’s why us “old heads” laugh at all the “skill talk”. The game sucks now. Just not enjoyable at all from a fans perspective
@StefanMolyneux This has always been the case. I went to college in the early 90s as a computer engineering major. Whenever any of us struggled we would joke about changing our major to education.
@ETNreisenweber@RickBurke24 It happens without a shot clock. We are in the era of everyone has a green light and no 3 is a bad 3. Watch some average to below average high school basketball leagues.
@bballbreakdown@Reezy1233@dpaz831 I agree with you that his right was his pivot, but he did, in fact, travel before the step through. He slightly lifted it and put it down.
@shakehoops I could have done either but picked juco in the early 90s. It was littered with D1 guys that were ineligible. Ben Wallace was in our conference. So it was an easy choice for me. Better competition and 100% tuition covered at juco while d3 got ZERO money.
@DougBrewington@Jayrockradio I used to run something similar at the youth level out of a stack. Lowest guy screensniddle bottom of zone next guy out to corner 4th guy out to wing 3rd guy goes down and gets layup. If wing zone guy stays you have a corner 3 so always put best shooter there
@mar5hallhoops It hurts the good teams/players more than people realize. How many “must have it” possessions are young stars missing out on? Go lead a team of average guys and be the man. I grew up in the era where great players picked up 4 other average guys and kept the pickup court all day
@GettnGood@benljbrooks@Luna9814781681@thirdmetax You are also in a mind trap. Don't get caught up obsessing over how things should be. Learn to operate and take advantage of how things actually are.
