Dem Prinzip hatten @Europarl_EN + @EUCouncil in diesem Jahr formell zugestimmt, als neue Budgetregeln beschlossen wurden. #FinancialRegulation Jetzt hakt es an der Anwendung. Dann mag es auch eine Rolle spielen, dass @Europarl_EN Wahlen im Mai 2019 sind.... 2/2
