@TaryxShadow @pm54672 @AjApplegoose @ASo1omons I don’t disagree. However if we didn’t tip waitstaff and they don’t expect to be tipped, they’d be happy with making 12-13/hr (in VA) rather than 2-3/hr (again in VA).

They’re not going to be happy. If they don’t get a tip and don’t expect a tip, but they are making 12-13/hr (VA minimum wage), they’ll be pretty pleased

@RealNedFowler @purposeispeace @AjApplegoose @ASo1omons You already do. Without tips they still make 2 or so dollars/hour. So you still pay for shit service. At least if waitstaff didn’t have to worry about tips and were paid minimum wage, they’d at least be a bit happier at doing their job than being paid dirt and not happy at work
