I've been using AI to experiment with my carnivore diet after a strict 2 years. I want to know why carnivore healed my anxiety, acne, OCD, etc. and if there's any way to add flexibility. After a few months of logging food and symptoms into AI while reintroducing some foods, it appears I'm uncovering a personal threshold as it relates to protein (vs. a sensitivity to all non-carnivore foods). Even on 100% carnivore diet, too much protein triggers my symptoms to return. If I keep fat high, protein moderately low, I can add things like avocado, salsa, chocolate, spices, etc. with no problem. Will test more foods next month. As a woman, I have to go month to month reintroducing foods bc symptoms are very connected to cycle/hormonal shifts. Just thought I'd share in case anyone is hoping to add flexibility. AI has helped a lot. I never would have guessed too much protein would be problematic for me.
@ZubyMusic It’s AI. I am repulsed by AI content. Literally can’t even read/watch it. Have to assume I’m not alone. Will be interesting to see how this pans out. Are we considering that people might just reject AI in certain settings/media?
@nickitruesdell@EruditeTogether Probably has to do with patience and desire, which is fair enough. Parents shouldn’t homeschool if they don’t want to. We’ve been homeschooling for 6 years but I agree with OP that our community demonizes conventional school far too often.

@gerardcneuro@BStronger259027@SBakerMD For what it's worth, I have to keep my macros at 80% fat at least to keep anxiety at bay. Too much protein, even on full carnivore, is a trigger for me. Just now figuring this out.
@AllenFrancesMD I've been on keto carnivore for 2+ years and healed anxiety, OCD, acne, etc. Quite easy to stick to when the results are so obvious and dramatic.
You guys, Kelly Hogan’s Carnivore Oopsie Cake is insanely good. Just made one, ate half and killed my macros for the day, but so worth it. 🤤 Just eggs, cream cheese and heavy cream, optional vanilla extract. Search on YT brings it right up. 👍🏻
Our habits and routines often exist to keep old wounds buried. Healing means shaking things up so those wounds can rise to the surface for resolution. #childhoodtraumarecovery
You work too hard to turn friends into family, because your relationship with actual family is lacking or non-existent (likely for legitimate reasons). This puts too much pressure on friendships and immediately pushes emotionally healthy people away. There are many different types of friendships, and you must learn how to nurture each one for what it is - uniquely and naturally. Friends can absolutely turn into family over time, but that's an organic process that results when 2 people grow and experience different facets of life together. It can't be manufactured on purpose just because you're lonely (that's just using people). Understanding behaviors like this in ourselves is key in building healthy relationships and real community along the healing journey. #childhoodtraumarecovery
Depression results when we suppress our ambitions and creativity out of fear and codependency. Never give up what you love to keep the peace; it's a dark road.
