@JulieSiegle I keep thinking about boy v. girl brains. I know that we should look at the individual student and their needs. This conversation has been a good reminder to keep the different genders in mind when planning lessons or reacting to behaviors in the classroom.

@HDuehn @JulieSiegle I hear ya! It is so hard to not jump to that specific perception that we have on those stereo-types. We need to get to know our students and colleagues before predetermining their outcome based on a "snapshot" of who they are.

@SRingsred @JulieSiegle I find that trusting your gut can be a really good thing. You have a gift and it needs to be celebrate. I wish I had the ability to trust my gut instead of analyzing every little thing that comes my way.

@JulieSiegle The impact that technology is having on our schools. Humans are so quick to react or want that response because we are in that "now" generation. I hope that as educators we can come together and brainstorm successful ways to implement and have technology used in our schools.

@JulieSiegle I am Orange and I find this to be accurate with who I am. I find relationships and social awareness important concepts in my classroom. Being within 5 points of green I can find myself focusing on social ideas than teaching because I am influenced by my classroom environment.
