I finally got to have my observation last Friday, and it went really well! The kids really liked the competition aspect of the cup stacking. We got to watch a small clip from Nemo about the importance of cooperation.

@madisonowens452 I find asking older students about their extracurricular activities offers up some opportunity for connection and conversations! It is a drastic difference between 3rd grade and middle schoolers. Hopefully you can build a good rapport with them!
