With gemini 3.5 flash lite, there’s almost no difference between loading a website and generating a new one on the fly.
I built a little browser that treats every url as a prompt and generates a site from scratch.
who wants the testflight?
I built a little vibe coding app a few weeks ago that had a built-in database and auth (pretty trivial stuff considering the current state of LLMs)
the thesis behind this was, a tool for me and my friends to spin up little social experiences, for example: a group to-do list app, a twitter clone but just for 5 people, a pomodoro timer but for coworking, etc.
while it was an ios app, the generated 'apps' were mobile web apps so they can be easily shared and 'disposed off' when not needed.
i took a lot of inspiration from partiful's social mechanics, where you don't really need to have downloaded the app to invite someone to your party. and as people attend events, an implicit social graph is formed - now apply this to any social experience!
but i decided not to continue working on it because i couldn't convince myself that people would go out of their way to make an app for things that can be done in group chats/even notion documents, unless there's a monetary incentive for it
maybe i'm just dumb and someone else can build this and be super successful with it
@thesamparr@ramit@urban_comp@dieworkwear Surprised you didn't land on something more Savile like Poole. Huntsman has a cutting room in NYC when you're ready for tweed. Their main cutter Ralph Fitzgerald also left recently and started his own in the city
Today, @optemization turns four years old! So far we're 12 @NotionHQ freaks who completed 102 projects for 88 clients and generated $1,763,000 in revenue along the way 🤯
And we're just getting started...
Coming soon is a new brand (sneak peek below), new website and a lot more behind-the-scenes posts from yours truly :)
@shahnawazsadiqu You need to use the built-in email system on the platform that auto-cleans the emails as you send them (instead of just exporting datasets to CSV)
@ShaanVP I run this business https://t.co/AzT2dcnsTp where we match you to the best fit in our PR talent network (they've previously worked with cos like Lyft, FB, GaryVee, etc). Sort of like that startup https://t.co/Q1vCHGocB4 you talked about on the pod, but just for PR
People seem to think starting something is hard and optimizing it is easy.
To me it clearly seems to be the reverse.
And the vast majority of value creation actually exists in the optimization.
@rchase@AlexHormozi@myfirstmilpod His whole YT channel is must watch. I’ve seen every video multiple times and since I started watching daily last summer we’ve grown from $25k MRR to $90k MRR. A lot of it due to ideas and perspectives he introduced
