Its my birthday, so I’m telling a story. On the day I turned 21, my baseball team had to run a mile in 6 minutes or less. I still wanted to celebrate with my family, so at 12:01, I drank the smallest, weakest drink we had. A shot of Redds Apple Ale. I ran the mile in 5:46.

@LantzWheeler I don’t have data, just personal experience, but...
Pivot picks are primarily for upper body movement. The best thing I got out of them as a pitcher was working on whipping my arm instead of pushing. PPs are better for suplimenting other drills than acting on its own.
