Alright I agree I made a mistake @fundingpips by having two email Id out of which one was already KYC verified and the other where I publicly passed the challenge here itself posting literally every single trade and now you’re not giving me a master account because of the KYC Issue.
I am ready to screen share, show any kind of proof those email ID belong to me. I know saying I didn’t know about such a rule is dumb but if I knew I’d definitely abide by the rules. I sincerely apologise for the same
Only solution the team has offered me is a full refund, I appreciate it but passing 2 phases it’s already a task and only few come so far so please I request to make an exception this one time either transfer the master account to my old email ID or delete that kyc verification forever and I’ll only trade on the fresh one.
It just hurts to go back home on game day! I hope you’ll will understand and make an exception this one time!
